Quality Packaging
Ensure the products are unused, unwashed, and placed in their original packaging with all brand tags and invoices intact to qualify for a refund.
Scheduled Pickup
Once your request is registered, our logistics partner will arrange a reverse pickup from your delivery address within 24 to 48 business hours.
Inspection and Refund
After the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality check, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit within 7-10 working days.
